Workspace Settings Overview

Workspace Settings is where administrators configure and manage the core aspects of your NetworkOS workspace, including its name, visual identity, data structure, and permissions.

Only Workspace Admins can access and modify Workspace Settings.

To open Workspace Settings:

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner to open the workspace dropdown.
  2. Select Settings.

General tab

The General tab contains the following workspace’s core identity settings.

  • Workspace Name
  • Users 
  • Records

Workspace name

To update your workspace name:

  1. Open Workspace Settings and go to the General tab.
  2. Click the workspace name field.
  3. Enter the new name.
  4. Click Save to apply the change.

Workspace logo

To update your workspace logo:

  1. Open Workspace Settings and go to the General tab.
  2. Click Edit Workspace Logo, or click directly on the current logo.
  3. Upload a new image file from your device.
  4. Confirm to save.

Note: For best results, use a square image, ideally 256 × 256 px or larger. 

Supported formats include PNG and JPG.
