Managing Views

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Views let you capture and revisit specific perspectives on your data and findings.

Create a view from table or graph displays

  1. Navigate to Graph or Table

  2. Select your data records: Select your data records by clicking on the checkbox in table view or selecting multiple nodes (Shift + Click). These selections will define what your view will capture.

  3. Click on Create View: This opens the view creation dialog.

  4. Add a title: Give your view a clear, descriptive name.

  5. Link to a mission (optional): Under "Relates to", search for a mission to link your view. All views are saved at the workspace level. You can also link to missions.

  6. Click "Save View": A confirmation message will appear. Your new view is now available in the Workspace or Mission tab for quick access.

Note: Views are always saved at the workspace level. You can link a view to a mission at creation time or link it later.

Save a view from studio output

  1. Expand your studio output: After running a command in Terminal, your results will appear as a studio output card. Expand it to see your records.

  2. Select the records you want to include: Choose individual records or save the entire list.

  3. Click on and select "Save View": This opens the view creation dialog.

  4. Add a name: Enter a name for your view in the Name field.

  5. Link to a mission (optional): Under "Relates to", search for a mission to link your view. All views are saved at the workspace level. You can also link to missions.

  6. Click "Save View" to confirm: A confirmation toast will appear. Your new view is now available in the Workspace or Mission tab for quick access.

Coming Soon: In addition to terminal extraction results, you will also be able to save deep research report outputs directly to a view.
