Viewing and Editing Artifact Details

You can view or modify artifact details from multiple entry points — Record Preview, Record Details, or visual modes like Graph View and Table View.

What You Can Edit

  • Description — Add or update a short summary or context.

  • Tags — Create or modify tags to help categorize artifacts.

  • Involvement — Update where artifacts are linked within Missions.

  • Relationships — Link the artifact to relevant records (e.g., People, Organizations, or Events) to show how it fits in your workspace.

Note: Once uploaded, you can’t change the file’s name, type, size, upload date, last modified date, or content.

What You Can View

  • Artifact Information — View the file name, type, size, source, creation and last modified dates, and processing status.

  • Summary of Contents — Review the AI-generated summary, which highlights key topics from the file. NetworkOS Defense automatically analyzes and summarizes each artifact so you can quickly understand its contents without opening the full document.
