Viewing and Editing Artifact Details

You can view or modify artifact details from multiple entry points: Record Preview, Record Details, or visual modes like Graph View and Table View.

What You Can Edit

  • Description: Add or update a short summary or context.

  • Tags: Create or modify tags to help categorize artifacts.

  • Involvement: Update where artifacts are linked within Missions.

  • Relationships: Link the artifact to relevant records (e.g., People, Organizations, or Events) to show how it fits in your workspace.

Note: Once uploaded, you can't change the file's name, type, size, upload date, last modified date, or content.

What You Can View

  • Artifact Information: View the file name, type, size, source, creation and last modified dates, and processing status.

  • Summary of Contents: Review the AI-generated summary, which highlights key topics from the file. To generate a summary, open the artifact's detail page and click Generate Summary. Summaries are created on demand so you control when to get contextual insights.
