Google Drive Integrations

Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

The Google Drive integration connects your existing documents directly to NetworkOS, making your workspace smarter and more connected.

Once connected, NetworkOS can securely ingest and analyze documents from selected Google Drive folders, transforming them into Artifacts. These artifacts become instantly searchable and actionable inside NetworkOS.

What you can do

With Google Drive connected, you can:

  • Automatically ingest files from selected Drive folders into NetworkOS.

  • Discover documents through Terminal — even if you don’t remember exact titles.

  • Preview and interact with documents directly in your workspace.

How to connect Google Drive folders to NetworkOS

Follow these steps to connect your Google Drive folders and sync files seamlessly with NetworkOS.

  1. In the left-hand navigation, click Data Setup.

  2. Under Available Integrations, find Google Drive.

  3. Click Connect Google Drive.

  4. A Google login window will appear. Sign in with the account that holds the files you want to connect.

  5. Once you’re signed in, a window will open where you can choose the folder you want to connect.

  6. Select your folder and click Confirm.

Tip: After you connect, NetworkOS will automatically save this folder and prepare it for syncing.

  1. After choosing your folder, you’ll see a new screen asking where you’d like it to sync inside NetworkOS. Open the Project dropdown and select the project that matches your folder.

  2. Click Start Sync to begin.

After connecting, your Google Drive integration will appear under Active Integrations on the Data Setup page.

Here, you can easily check:

  • Which folder is linked to which project

  • The sync status (Active, Syncing, or Failed)

  • When it was last updated
