How to enable a Data Pack

Workspace admins can configure Data Packs per workspace, giving control over which Data Packs are enabled or disabled at the workspace level.

  1. Navigate to your Workspace → Data & Integrations. Scroll to the Data Packs section.
  2. Browse the available Data Packs. Each one includes a description of what data it provides and how it will enrich your Workspace.
  3. Toggle on the Data Pack you want to activate. Once enabled, new data becomes immediately searchable, and Terminal can begin using it to answer your questions.Toggle off at any time to remove the pack from your workspace's available data.

How Data Pack availability is controlled

Data Pack access uses a two-layer model so workspace admins keep granular control:

Layer 1 — Platform enablement (admin-controlled): A workspace admin enables Data Packs for the workspace at the platform level. Data Packs that are not enabled at this layer do not appear in the Data Packs section of Data & Integrations.

Layer 2 — Workspace toggle (you control): Once a Data Pack is enabled at Layer 1, it shows up in your Data Packs section with the workspace toggle defaulting to ON. You can toggle it off to remove the Data Pack from your workspace's results without affecting other workspaces.

A Data Pack's data is only available in your workspace when both layers are enabled. Toggling off at either layer removes the Data Pack from search, browsing, and Terminal context.
