Giving Feedback on AI Responses

Got a response that was spot-on — or missed the mark? Let us know right from the conversation.

How to give feedback on NetworkOS

  1. See any AI response in the Terminal.

  2. Click the thumbs up icon if it was helpful, or thumbs down if something was wrong, missing, or off.

  3. A quick optional comment box pops up — tell us more if you want, or just submit the rating as-is.

  4. That's it. Your rating (and comment, if you added one) goes straight to our team.

You can change your mind any time — click the opposite thumb to flip your rating, or click your existing rating again to edit your comment.

How your feedback is used

Your ratings and comments are sent to our product team for review. Feedback is de-identified — it's tied to an internal user ID, not your name, email, or other personal info — and is used to spot patterns, catch quality issues, and improve future responses.
