What are Enrichments?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Enrichments are NetworkOS's ability to automatically fill in missing or additional details on your data records using trusted third-party data.

Instead of manually researching and entering every field yourself, enrichment pulls verified public information directly into the record for you.

Enrichment Providers

People Data Labs (PDL): People and Organization enrichment with extensive professional and firmographic coverage worldwide.

Additional enrichment providers will be documented here as they become available.

How Enrichment Works

When enrichment runs on a record, NetworkOS sends that record's available identity information to the enrichment provider and retrieves enriched data associated with a data record.

When enrichment runs on a data record, NetworkOS uses its available services to enrich that data record with additional attributes.

The stronger and more complete the identity information on a record β€” such as an email address, phone number, social media handle, or company website URL β€” the more likely enrichment is to return.

Enrichment runs automatically whenever a record is created or updated.
