An Integration is a secure connection between NetworkOS and external data sources that automatically syncs and extracts intelligence from external tools and platforms.
Instead of manually uploading data, integrations continuously pull information from external services - keeping your workspace current with the latest documents, people, organizations, and activities.
When you connect an integration, NetworkOS can:
Recognize record types such as People and Organizations.
Provide context by pulling in relevant documents, research, and data.
Save you time by automatically organizing information instead of manual entry.
Enrich your insights with additional details from integrated sources.
Current Integrations
Integration | What it does | Status |
Google Drive | Sync a Google Drive folder; files are ingested as Artifacts in your workspace and can be linked to missions. | Available |
Integration navigation
Access and manage all integrations from the Data Integrations page in your workspace.
This page is divided into two main sections:
Active Integrations - Manage currently connected data sources and monitor their sync status.
Available Integrations - Discover and connect new data sources to expand your workspace.
Active integrations section
The Active Integrations section displays all external platforms that are currently connected and syncing data with NetworkOS.
This allows you to monitor sync activity, check connection status, and manage each integration.
Each connected integration shows:
Source & Folder
Indicates which app is connected (like Google Drive), which folder or data source is being synced, and where it appears in your workspace.
Sync Status
Displays whether the sync is up to date, in progress, failed, or paused.
Last Synced Time
Shows how long ago the last sync finished, or if it hasn't synced yet.
Workspace Assignment
Identifies which workspace the data is going to, so you know where it's being synced.
Integration actions
Use the options below to manage each integration:
Pause Sync - Temporarily stops syncing without deleting the integration.
Resync Now - Starts a new sync immediately to pull the latest data.
Delete Sync - Permanently removes the integration and stops all syncing.
Note: This action can't be undone.
Available integrations section
The Available Integrations section lists all external tools and platforms that can connect to NetworkOS.
Additional integrations such as Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, and research databases are actively in development.
As new integrations are released, this section will expand to include them for quick connection and management.
