Where Your Data Lives

NetworkOS runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States. Your data stays within U.S. data centers as part of normal platform operation.

Your organization's data lives in its own Workspace, kept separate from every other customer's.

Your data is encrypted both at rest and in transit — whether it's sitting in our databases and storage or moving between your browser and our servers.

How We Use AI With Your Data

We don't use your data to train our AI features by default. If your organization wants a dedicated, customer-specific model, that requires a written opt-in, and any model built that way stays isolated to your organization.

When NetworkOS uses AI to analyze your data, it's used only to generate your response, never to train models. Operational logs are retained for reliability and security purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Activity Logs

If you stop using NetworkOS, your data is retained, exported, or deleted according to the terms of your service agreement — you can request an export or deletion at any time.

Actions taken inside your Workspace, including AI-assisted analysis, are logged.

Connected Data Sources

Any data source you connect to NetworkOS — Google Drive is available today, with more on the way — is read-only. NetworkOS can read what you connect; it never writes back to or changes your original systems.

NetworkOS doesn't continuously browse or collect data from the open web. When a task calls for outside information, it retrieves only what's needed for that specific request.

Our Compliance Journey

We're currently in our SOC 2 Type II audit period, with the report expected in early 2027.
